Terms and conditions of purchase

These Terms and conditions refer to purchases made from https://www.fabiolugaro.com (the “Site”).


We currently accept payments via PayPal or via credit/debit cards payments collected by PayPal. You don't need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase using your credit card or debit card (if you do so your payment will be collected by PayPal via "PayPal Guest Checkout").

Your financial details will be handled by PayPal (please refer to their Terms) and will not be shared with Fabio Lugaro Photography.


To place an order, go to the Store page (https://www.fabiolugaro.com/store) and select one or more items by opening the item page, reading the description, selecting the quantity as needed, then clicking or tapping the "Add to Cart" button. Click or tap the shopping cart icon to view your shopping cart items before checkout. You will be able to amend your shopping cart at any time before proceeding with the Secure Checkout.

When you are ready to checkout, please click or tap the "Secure Checkout" button and you will be redirected to PayPal to pay with your account or as a Guest. The system will automatically calculate shipping costs before any payment is made so please check the total cost before placing your order.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order, including your order information.


Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout stage before the payment is made (so you will always know the shipping costs before completing your purchase) based on the dimensions of the items(s) being ordered, and the country of destination. Items will be shipped from the United Kingdom, and you will be solely responsible for paying any import taxes, duties, or other fees that may be charged by your country.

All items will be shipped as quickly as possible and within 30 days of the order being made. All items will be shipped via Royal Mail, tracked, with signature. Shipping times will vary depending on the country of destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been posted.


You can cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered. You don’t need to give a reason for cancelling. If you are cancelling your order, you will need to safely return the item(s) in the original conditions as they were delivered, at your own cost, within 14 days of your cancellation. If you wish to cancel an order within the 14 days period, please send an email to the email address provided in the text of your order confirmation email or your shipping confirmation email. Your refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back.

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
